Little Havana is not where you would expect a Chinese takeout to hold its own, but New Canton does it from SW 8th Street. Orange chicken is the order most people come in for, with special lo mein, pepper steak, crab rangoon and egg rolls that get talked about as much as the mains. Portions are large, prices stay low, and the turnaround is quick enough to make it a weeknight default. A plain counter operation, doing one thing and doing it at speed.
