The kitchen leans hard into the Gulf and the Caribbean - Rasta fish dip, coconut shrimp with orange marmalade, gator bites, Maryland-style crab cake with mango salsa, crunchy ahi tuna on a fried tortilla, steamed snow crab, New England clam chowder. Wings come in seven heats up to volcanic. House band C*Posse plays nightly at nine.
