Fish is flown in from Japan, and the run moves through sashimi and nigiri to wagyu, o-toro and shrimp, with a garden out back and a freight line rumbling past now and then. Diners describe it in the same terms every time: a special-occasion room that earns the price. Book ahead; there is not much room.
