Oil Well Craft Beer is Ave Maria's neighbourhood brewery and bar, twenty taps deep and rotating, with local bottles and imports filling the gaps. What lifts it above a taproom is its own kitchen, running six days a week and turning out subs and pizza to eat in, take away or fill a growler alongside.
