OLGA EXPRESS SUB & PASTA – Restaurant

A Miami counter shop on SW 56th Street that opens at seven and runs an unusually wide menu for its size. Subs and wraps are the backbone - club, Italian with genoa salami and capocollo, white albacore tuna - but the kitchen also turns out Asian-style chicken vaca frita, sweet-and-spicy Asian chicken tacos, turkey meatballs, and pizzas by the pie including a Philly cheesesteak version. Breakfast combos, empanadas, boiled plantain and lentil or split-pea cups fill the gaps. Everything fast, nothing fussy.
