Hummus, baba ghanoush and tabbouleh anchor the openers, and the fattoush comes sharp with sumac and pita chips. Mains run to falafel and shawarma served as sandwich or salad, a lamb burger with onion and feta pressed into thick Turkish bread, shakshuka, and chicken, beef or lamb kabob over basmati. Mango juice is pressed in the restaurant. Finish with baklava and Turkish coffee, hot or iced.
