ONE LOUNGE – Restaurant

International Drive, late, with the kitchen still running. One Lounge is a halal restaurant and hookah bar whose menu roams Uzbek, Georgian, Russian and Middle Eastern territory without losing the plot - Uzbek somsa, Georgian khinkali, borsh and mastava, chilled okroshka, shawarma wraps, chargrilled octopus over red beet hummus. Salads swing from achichuk to olivier. Indoor seating is smoke-free and the patio is where the shisha lives. Doors stay open until two in the morning, which on that stretch of Orlando counts for a lot.
