A kosher dairy counter on Cedar Bridge Avenue that runs on Lakewood's own clock - open from half seven for breakfast, shut by four, and closed sundown Friday through Saturday. Shakshuka and sunny-side eggs and vegetable omelettes carry the morning; personal pies, paninis, salmon fillet, mozzarella sticks and big salads take over at lunch. The room is kept spotless and the service moves, which is most of what a weekday lunch crowd wants. Fresh, quick, and reliably the same every time.
