Tucked into Homeport Marina on Orange Street, Ozona Blue looks out over the Gulf and cooks like it: day boats unload out front, and the kitchen turns the catch into grouper sandwiches, blackened mahi po-boys and a tomato-based seafood gumbo. Starters run from Sicilian shrimp toast on house focaccia to Prince Edward Island mussels in spicy San Marzano wine sauce and cedar-plank smoked salmon rolls. There is a sun deck, a pool, live bands and a bar built for sunsets. Diners keep returning for the water, the fish and the unhurried pace. Old Florida, done properly.
