COOLSIDE GELATO BAR – Restaurant
Palm Harbor's gelato bar churns its Italian ice cream on site, then does something unusual with it. The Beerlato pairs a flight of four gelato flavours with a craft beer. Everyday scoops run chocolate, vanilla, Oreo, stracciatella, sea salt caramel, mint chip, coffee and Biscoff, with a rotating special posted each week. Italian ice comes in strawberry, pineapple and lemon, and can be paired with wine or beer too. The dessert case holds tiramisu, cheesecake, cannoli, affogato, milkshakes and root beer floats. Coffee is pulled from beans roasted in Pinellas County. Open afternoons into the evening, and closed on Mondays.
