The formula travels from the Mills 50 original: beef phở topped with short rib and filet mignon, built on noodles made in-house rather than bought by the case. The west-side room gives Pine Hills and Ocoee their own access point. It suits west Orlando pho devotees spared the crosstown drive, hand-made-noodle believers, and families who order by the extra-large only.
