A wood-fired pizza truck that moves around Miami and draws a following wherever it parks. Pizza Italia fires 12-inch pies to order: margherita, classico, prosciutto, suprema, hawaiian, a gustoso white and an Extreme white pizza that regulars name first. The crust comes out thin, blistered at the edges and tasting properly of the oven; the sauce is bold and the toppings are put on in front of you. Service is fast and organised even with a crowd. Diners describe following the truck across town. Late-night pizza worth the chase.
