QIANLONG – Restaurant
The Moy family cooked their way from China to Venezuela and then to Doral, where they opened Qianlong in 2008 after years running El Palmar. What came with them is a Hong Kong kitchen quietly seasoned by decades in Caracas, and the fusion is the whole point. Peking duck is the specialty; beyond it the plates arrive large - fried rice, sesame chicken, jumbo lumpia. Reservations taken, delivery and takeout available on NW 25th Street. Chinese-Venezuelan cooking that exists almost nowhere else in Miami.
