Raccoon Coffee & Kitchen keeps three Miami addresses - 609 Brickell Ave, Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater and a Wynwood room - and the format is the same in all of them: thoughtfully sourced specialty coffee alongside a proper kitchen. Colombian, Brazilian and Ethiopian beans do the fruity heavy lifting; breakfast runs all day, with bakery, acai bowls and wraps filling out the rest. Seven days, 7am to 4pm. An independent that has earned its regulars the slow way.
