Rodeo Whip has been DeLand's homemade ice cream stop on South Woodland Boulevard for years, and it picked up new owners in late 2023 who kept the churn running. Cones, shakes and ice cream cakes are the whole business, made in-house rather than trucked in. Small, cheerful, and exactly where you end up after dinner downtown.
