RUSTIC RAIL – Restaurant

The Rustic Rail Pizzeria & Provisions brought a wood-fired oven to downtown Chipley's Main Street, and owners Fareed Nandlal and Dejah Music aimed it squarely at the South. Uncle Pete's Hot Honey Pizza is the one to order - olive oil and garlic base, mozzarella, andouille and Italian sausage, bell and hot peppers, crushed garlic and house-made hot honey over the top. Cauliflower crust is on offer, pasta specials rotate monthly, and crawfish bowls appear in season. Fast-casual room, Cajun accent, and a pizza that tastes like the Panhandle.
