ארומה Aroma – coffee_shop

Pull off at Koach Junction and the Aroma sign on the Paz complex promises what it promises everywhere in Israel: proper espresso, quickly. The chain has been at this since two brothers opened the first branch in Jerusalem in 1994, roasting its own beans and sending out every hot drink with a square of chocolate on the side. Sandwiches are built on Aroma's own bread, the halloumi with roasted aubergine and tahini being the reflex order, beside burekas, shakshuka, salads and that outsized iced coffee. A roadside stop that behaves like a cafe. Predictable, in the best sense.
