קפה מארג cafe Maarag – coffee_shop

Cafe Maarag on Miron Street in Kfar Vradim is a kosher dairy restaurant and a social enterprise at once, run by the Kochav HaTzafon association: people with disabilities work throughout the kitchen and the floor, and the takings go back into their care. Locals, zimmer guests and hikers fill it through the morning, and Friday brings a set brunch. A gallery shop inside sells textiles, ceramics, wood and prints made in the association's workshops. The food stands on its own merits. The rest is why it matters.
