Saigon Sandwich on Northlake Boulevard is a banh mi shop first: baguettes filled to order, with pho, spring rolls, egg rolls and summer rolls behind them, and vegetarian and vegan versions of most of it. Vietnamese iced coffee and boba tea handle the drinks. It runs Tuesday through Saturday, daytime only, and the queue at lunch tells you the sandwiches are right. Small counter, big flavors.
