The fries get soaked overnight to pull the starch, which is why they come out creamy inside and properly crunchy outside - a detail the kitchen will happily explain. Hand-crafted sauces and thick shakes round out a short, focused menu. It runs like a truck-turned-counter, so there's not much of a dining room, and regulars in Pasco County clearly don't care. Come for the burger, stay for the fries.
