A husband-and-wife team from Napoli brought a hand-built, Italian-imported brick oven to Carrollwood, and the twenty-plus Neapolitan pizzas that come out of it are hand-tossed and blistered fast. The kitchen is regionally serious - a Sicilian pizzaiolo, a Calabrian cook - and the menu runs from Campania standards to homemade pasta and gnocchi, with cheeses, herbs and sausage imported directly.
