A marketplace and coffee bar on Seagate Drive pouring Italian coffee from early morning and staying useful all day. Breakfast comes hot to order or grab-and-go, and the cases carry lunch and dinner items for anyone who would rather eat on a lounger than at a table. Fourteen flavours of gelato sit at the cold end, and the chai lattes have their own following. Muffins and pastries move fast in the morning rush. Guests consistently single out the staff for being genuinely warm rather than professionally pleasant, and the coffee for being noticeably better than the setting requires it to be.
