Sunrise Pita & Grill has been pressing its own pita by hand since 1998, and that bread is the whole argument: pulled hot off the surface and wrapped around shawarma that has turned slowly for hours. Falafel is made from scratch, the grill runs on open flame, and mezze platters land in the middle of the table for groups to pull apart. The kitchen is certified Glatt Kosher through the Orthodox Rabbinical Board of Broward and Palm Beach, with vegetarian and vegan plates alongside the grill platters.
