TIJUANA FLATS – Restaurant

An Orlando link in the Tex-Mex chain that started in Winter Park in 1995 and never let go of its hot sauce bar. Order at the counter and the kitchen builds it in front of you: Bangin Chicken tacos and bowls, chimichangas, Double Stack Tacos, Cheesy Steak Flautas, chips with Beefy or Gold Queso. The room is loud and painted bright, geared to a fast lunch. What diners say most often is that the plates run large and the staff keep chips and drinks topped up without being flagged down. Churro fries on the way out.
