South Federal Highway, Delray Beach, and a pub that plays the Irish thing straight rather than as decor. Tim Finnegans runs the full Irish breakfast, corned beef and cabbage, bangers and mash, fish and chips, shepherd's pie, drunken chicken and curried chicken, with a Guinness poured the way it should be. Most evenings there is something on: folk bands, live music, karaoke, trivia on Wednesdays. There is a patio for the months that deserve one. Regulars talk about the welcome as much as the food, and newcomers get folded in fast. Good craic, no passport required.
