At the top of Las Olas, TIMBR splits itself in two: The Parc, an outdoor room set under trees and low lighting, and The Atrium, where tens of thousands of flowers hang beneath a thirty-three-foot glass pyramid. The kitchen calls it vineyard cuisine, refined American staples crossed with European classics, built on premium steaks, fresh seafood and pasta made in house daily, with vegetarian plates given real thought. The lounge side runs cocktails and DJs later in the evening. Rustic warmth, high theatre. Fort Lauderdale does not lack for scene, but this one commits.
