The dining room of a design hotel in Old Tbilisi, with the Mtkvari and the city skyline laid out below it. TITA runs international and Georgian cooking side by side, built on local produce: a full buffet breakfast in the morning, a la carte through lunch and dinner. Upstairs, the TITA Terrace changes register in the evening - burgers, steaks and a cocktail list with some genuine bar craft behind it, served against a panoramic view. It doubles as a room for business lunches and for parties, depending on the hour. The view does considerable work.
