A small counter that opened in 2024 with an unusual pitch: French kitchen technique aimed squarely at American comfort food. Lobster leads, the roll plus crab and shrimp versions, alongside smash burgers, a shrimp burger marinated in the house spice mix, hot dogs rebuilt several ways, fries and soup. A Nutella milkshake closes it. Diners consistently praise burgers cooked properly juicy and a welcome that feels personal rather than transactional. Fast food in format, not much else.
