On SW 8th Street in Little Havana, a Mexican bakery and cafeteria that opens at eight and works the cases all day. Pan dulce comes out fresh, conchas included, among them a chocolate one under a cocoa-sugar shell, alongside tres leches soaked and finished with whipped cream and cinnamon, and custom cakes made to order. It is a bakery first and a counter second, in business here since 2018 on a corridor with no shortage of competition. Closed Sundays. Go early, while the racks are still full.
