Right on Brownwood Paddock Square, TooJay's is where The Villages goes for a proper deli sandwich. The menu has been making the same argument since 1981: hand-trimmed corned beef steamed to bring out the flavor, pastrami piled high, light matzo balls in chicken broth, a potato knish filled with seasoned whipped potatoes.
