TOREROS MEXICAN GRILL – Restaurant

A small-plaza Mexican kitchen on Lake Worth Road, cozy and decorated with intent, open eleven to ten seven days a week. The plates arrive large: arroz con pollo, carne asada burritos, mar y tierra, seafood molcajete, chicken quesadillas, tamales, ceviche de camaron and coctel de camaron, with a tortilla soup and a queso dip with chorizo that regulars order without looking. The salsas and guacamole get their own share of praise. Diners consistently flag the portion sizes, the fair prices and the strong margaritas; service can wobble when it gets busy. A neighborhood standby.
