A downtown lunch counter on South Laura Street built for the office crowd — weekdays only, lines that move, and a menu that long ago outgrew salads. The Southern Heat and Ranchero bowls draw the most repeat orders, the Hex Wrap does the crunchwrap trick better than it has any right to, and the El Jefe is the one regulars push on newcomers.
