A Venezuelan-leaning kitchen in Miami that builds a burger the way Caracas does — which is to say, with everything on it. The house burger arrives under American cheese, a slab of fried cheese, a fried egg, bacon and cooked onions, fries on the side; the avocado version swaps in gouda, queso de mano and fresh avocado. Cachapas, the sweet corn pancakes, come folded around fillings for anyone who wants the tradition undiluted. Order it hungry. There is no light version.
