Jacksonville's first tater-tot food truck, and still the one that takes the format seriously: crisp tots as a base for whatever the kitchen feels like piling on. The OG comes under house chili, sharp cheddar, sour cream, bacon, jalapeños and scallions; the Philly loads on steak, white American cheese, peppers, onions and a garlic-parm mayo; the spicy sweet and sour version buries crispy chicken tenders in house sauce. Portions are unapologetic. Chase it — the truck moves.
