A small chef-driven cafe and catering kitchen in the Historic Northwest District of West Palm Beach, open for a short morning window because catering jobs come first. Breakfast is the draw: shrimp and grits, loaded breakfast bowls with eggs, sausage, bacon and cheese, stuffed croissants, omelets, French toast and biscuits, plus fried and smothered fish. Guests single out the grits above everything, creamy and heavily cheesed, and the prices. Chef Trinnette's operation was named Black Chamber Small Business of the Year in 2016.
