Portions here are built for leftovers, which is half the reason Brandon keeps coming back. The specialty rolls do the heavy lifting, Volcano, Kamikazi, Double J and Lollipop, alongside Crab Delight sashimi, chicken tatsu-age, tuna tataki, yellowtail jalapeno, crispy coconut shrimp, hibachi chicken and shrimp, pineapple fried rice and roast duck udon. The floral sweet tea surprises people. Vegetarian versions come on request, salads arrive on leaf lettuce, and takeout gets packed with actual care. The atmosphere is unhurried. The fish never is.
