Tonkotsu ramen leads, with a vegetarian miso version alongside; the sushi side runs from California and spicy tuna rolls up to the Black Widow, Volcano and Rainbow, with a sushi burrito for anyone in a hurry. Pot stickers and dragon balls cover the starters. Diners consistently single out how fresh the fish tastes and how warm the service is, and it draws a steady Stetson University crowd. Closed Mondays. Worth the stop.
