The Kenneth City stand on 66th Street North trades under the St. Pete name and looks exactly as it should: a walk-up window set into a giant cone. Soft serve is the whole business — chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, plus premium flavours from butter pecan and pistachio to cotton candy and white chocolate. Twirls blend two on the spot. Beyond cones and cups there are sundaes, shakes and malts, slushies, floats and waffle bowls, with a no-sugar-added option kept on hand. Staff are quick and unfailingly cheerful about a dropped scoop. Pull over, order, sit outside. Done.
