You spot it before you read the sign — a building shaped like a giant ice cream cone, parked on Gulf Boulevard a short walk from the beach. Two service windows keep the line moving. Soft serve comes in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry with a long premium bench behind it: butter pecan, pistachio, pina colada, cotton candy, black raspberry. Order a twirl to mix two, or go for a fudge brownie sundae, a royal banana split, Italian ice or a hand scoop. There is no-sugar-added soft serve for those who need it. Shaded outdoor seating, huge portions, small prices.
