An all-day breakfast room on Hallandale Beach Boulevard where the French toast is the headline and the coffee menu is doing more than it strictly has to. Banana dulce de leche French toast, chicken-and-waffle Benedict, huevos rancheros nachos, bacon shrimp and grits, steel-cut oats under Chantilly cream — plus dulce de leche and marshmallow mocha lattes for anyone who wants dessert before noon. Mornings through mid-afternoon only. Diners repeatedly describe the place as feeling like somebody's house rather than a restaurant, which is mostly the staff's doing. Come hungry. Order the French toast anyway.
