Vin'Tij sits in Grand Boulevard doing food built around the list: pecan chicken over basil grits with tomato jam and pickled vegetables is the plate people return for, and the shrimp and grits, sauteed crab claws and oyster BLT hold their own. Specials follow the boats - grouper one week, blackened shrimp tortellini the next. Finish with the griddled lemon pound cake.
