Downtown Naples, Tenth Street South: a low-lit American whiskey kitchen with an intimate cocktail lounge folded into the back. The kitchen leans upscale and generous, running Chilean sea bass, diver scallops, charred octopus, lamb chops, crab legs, a truffle burrata salad big enough to share and Warren's Damn Good Burger for the bar crowd. Seafood bolognese and the pork chop get singled out repeatedly. The whiskey and wine lists are the real draw, with happy hour at the bar in the early evening. Guests praise the polish of the room; service can slow when it fills. Dress it up a little.
