A kosher sandwich and bowl counter a block from the Hewlett station, built around a build-your-own format with a handful of chef-designed signatures for the undecided. Start with the bread, ciabatta, focaccia, an Italian sesame hero, a toasted potato bun, pita or a wrap, then pick a protein: fried chicken thigh, za'atar grilled chicken, premium grilled steak, a double smash burger, slow-cooked pulled beef, fried fish or falafel. Skip the bread and the same build arrives as a bowl. Delivery and takeout run through the usual apps. Straightforward, endlessly customizable, aimed squarely at the Five Towns lunch crowd.
