Chicago food, served out of a window in northeast Florida, by a family with two decades in the catering-truck business behind them. The Italian beef is the headline — thin-sliced, au jus, sweet peppers, giardiniera to finish — and it sits alongside a properly dressed Chicago-style dog, a Maxwell Street Polish, a signature beer brat, chili cheese dog and a loaded smash burger.
