Bowls arrive deep and generous: beef brisket noodle soup, chicken and seafood versions, stir-fried noodles with shrimp and egg, fried rice, pan-fried potstickers, scallion pancake with beef. Chilli oil and Chinkiang vinegar sit on the table for tuning. Service is quick, the room calm and family-friendly. Diners are near-unanimous about the texture of those noodles. Worth the detour off I-4.
