Wong's has been feeding Coral Springs from West Sample Road since the 1980s, and the formula has not needed much revising. The egg rolls are the calling card — fat, roast-pork-stuffed and genuinely crunchy — and the house special fried rice comes with real wok smoke behind it, loaded with chicken, pork, shrimp, egg and bean sprouts. Beyond that: honey garlic chicken, bourbon chicken, sesame and orange chicken, roast pork lo mein, hot and sour soup, family packs for the whole table. Value is the recurring theme in what diners say. Long-running, unfussy, and still busy.
