WTF PIZZA – Restaurant

A wood-fired pizza trailer that works its way around Pinellas County, firing pies to order out of a mobile oven. The names do a lot of the talking: the Little B stacks bacon, caramelized onions and ricotta over red sauce; Meat Sweats piles on pepperoni, sausage, ham and bacon; the Mad Mama is a white pie with ricotta, ham, mushrooms and onions; the Toots keeps it garlicky and vegetarian. Check the schedule before you chase it, because the address changes with the week. Then eat it standing up.
