YAKI – Restaurant
A small Asian kitchen tucked into Cannery Lane with a deck over a little lake, worth timing for after dark when the lights come on. Yaki does sushi and noodles: fried noodles with chicken, chicken fried rice, teriyaki chicken and steak, panko fried chicken, crunchy shrimp and Yaki steak rolls, spicy tuna, tuna poke bowls. Portions run big enough to take home. Diners praise the noodle dishes and the owner's welcome, though views on the teriyaki plates are more divided. There are claw machines, too. Casual, cheerful, easy to linger over.
