YUKI SUSHI HIBACHI – Restaurant

A New Smyrna Beach Japanese spot that runs two kitchens at once: a sushi bar and a hibachi grill. Rolls include the Sweetheart, and the counter also turns out Hawaiian poke bowls, soft-shell crab and combination sushi dinners, while the hibachi side handles the theatrics. The room is small and warm rather than showy. Order at the bar, watch the knife work, or take a seat by the grill if you want dinner with a show.
