Up a flight of stairs on Front Street, Yummy Crab does the Louisiana-style boil for Key West. You pick your seafood by the pound — snow crab, shrimp, crawfish, mussels, clams — choose a flavour, and it lands with corn and potato in a bag you open with your hands. Before that: hush puppies, fried calamari, crab cakes, clam chowder, and oysters served raw, steamed in garlic butter or fried by the half-dozen. The fried baskets all come with fries.
